During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 555 man-made fires, responding to 206 road accidents and 2 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless 17 explosive objects, providing psychological assistance in 5 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• disruptions: heat supply in the cities of Uyar, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Zlatoust, the Chelyabinsk Oblast; cold water supply in Vyborg in the Leningrad Region; energy supply in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• the situation on the roads in regions of the Russian Federation;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions;
• the passage of the adverse weather conditions of the North Western, Central and Volga federal districts.
