During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 463 man-made fires, responding to 207 road accidents and 2 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless 22 explosive objects, including one aerial bomb, providing psychological assistance in one case.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• a fire in an apartment building in the city of Shadrinsk, the Kurgan Region;
• disruptions: heat supply in the cities of Saratov, Voronezh, Novosibirsk, Olenegorsk, the Murmansk Region, and Ust-Kut, Irkutsk Region; cold water supply in the city of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass; energy and heat supply in ten municipalities of the Amur Region.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• situation on the highway in the Jewish Autonomous Region;
• restoration of cold water supply in the city of Ust-Kut in the Irkutsk Region;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions;
• the passage of the adverse weather conditions of the North Western, Central and Volga federal districts.
