During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 601 man-made fires, responding to 251 road accidents and 3 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless 40 explosive objects, including 2 aerial bombs, providing psychological assistance in 16 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• a fire in a warehouse building and utility buildings in the city of Dzerzhinsky, the Moscow Region;
• a fire in a ventilation shaft at a mine in the city of Norilsk, the Krasnoyarsk Territory;
• disruptions: heat supply in the cities of Voronezh and Rossosh, the Voronezh Region; power supply in the city of Irkutsk.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• the situation on the roads of the Russian Federation;
• restoration of cold water supply in the Aurgazinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions;
• the passage of the adverse weather conditions of the North Western, Central and Volga federal districts.
