During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 700 man-made fires, responding to 213 road accidents and 7 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless one explosive device, providing psychological assistance in 2 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• fires: in a twelve-apartment residential building in the settlement of Zarya in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); at a coal mine in the Kaltansky city district of the Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass;
• disruptions: power supply in seven municipalities of the Smolensk region and the Yasinovataya municipality of the Donetsk People's Republic; cold water supply in the city of Kinel, the Samara Region and in the city of Balashov, the Saratov region.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions;
• restoration of: cold water supply in the city of Penza; power supply in two municipalities of the Smolensk Region, three municipalities of the Donetsk People's Republic and in the Kalininsky district, the Tver Region;
• the situation at the Vanino-Kholmsk crossing in the Tatar Strait.
