in the Ural Federal District, in the Sverdlovsk Region (wind gusts up to 27 m/s).

Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Chukotka Autonomous District (blizzard on the coast of the Bering Strait, wind gusts up to 22-27 m/s) and the Magadan Region (wind gusts up to 17-22 m/s).

There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (the Republic of Buryatia, the Kamchatka Territory and the Transbaikal Territory, the Magadan Region), the Siberian Federal District (the Republic of Khakassia, the Republic of Tuva, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Irkutsk Region), the North Western Federal District (the Murmansk Region), the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic and the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Republic of Ingushetia and the Republic of Dagestan) with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
