in the Central Federal District, in the city of Moscow, the Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kostroma regions (heavy snow), in the Kaluga, Tver regions (wet snow);
in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Kalmykia, Rostov Region (ice, ice-hoarfrost, wind with gusts up to 20 m/s);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Dagestan, Chechen Republic (wind with gusts up to 22 m/s).
There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern, Siberian, North Western, Southern and North Caucasian federal districts with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
