During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 553 man-made fires, responding to 250 road accidents and 7 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless 607 explosive objects, providing psychological assistance in 19 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• disruptions: heat supply in Yekaterinburg, the Sverdlovsk Region, and Vladivostok, the Primorsky Territory; cold water supply in 3 municipalities of the Luhansk People's Republic.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• restoration of heat supply in Novosibirsk and cold water supply in the Rostov Region;
• situation on the highway in the Murmansk Region;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions.
