Operational forecast of possible emergencies for the upcoming day will be determined by the passage of cyclones in the form of heavy snow, snowstorm, wind gusts up to 30 m/s in the Kamchatka Territory and Sakhalin Region; heavy snow, blizzards and wind gusts up to 27 m/s in the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Altai, Altai Territory and Kemerovo Region – Kuzbass; winds in the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania and Ingushetia, the Chechen Republic. In connection with the forecast, there are expected difficulties in all modes of transport, disruption to energy facilities, communications, housing, livelihoods.
