During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 597 man-made fires, responding to 307 road accidents and 3 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless 42 explosive devices, providing psychological assistance in 7 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• rock falls: at a mine in the Severouralsk urban district of the Sverdlovsk Region; at a mine in the Neryungri district of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia);
• fires: in a warehouse building in the city of Barnaul, Altai Territory; in an industrial and warehouse building in the city of Novosibirsk;
• disruptions: heat supply in the cities of Novosibirsk, Penza and in the Aldan district, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); power supply in the Malgobek district, the Republic of Ingushetia.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• restoration of cold water supply in the Artemovsky city district, the Primorsky Territory;
• situation on the highway in the Murmansk Region;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions.
