Federal State Institution "Financial Center of the EMERCOM of Russia"

The Federal Budgetary Institutuion “The Financial Center of the Emergencies Ministry” was established in accordance with Order No.461-r of the Russian Government from 14 April 2012.

The Emergencies Ministry serves as the founder of the Institution.

The Institution is purposed to:

• Organize planning and coordination of capital construction and reconstruction plan execution;
• Organize planning and coordination of extensive repairs in Russian Emergencies Ministry’s divisions;
• Organize planning and coordination of petroleum products supplies to the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s divisions;
• Act as the federal budget owner, the public contracting authority in designing, constriction and reconstruction.
• The Institution is responsible for petroleum products supply in the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s divisions.
